Overseeing vendor compliance and communication, the full-time remote IFM Vendor Coordinator will manage work orders, support facility activities, and serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers seeking vendor services. Key responsibilities Perform day-to-day oversight of work orders and provide status updates Initiate and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure proper coverage and address service concerns Assist with budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting while collaborating with finance and account management teams Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration Associate degree in facilities management, business, or a related field Experience in facilities or commercial real estate in an administrative capacity Proficient in MS Office with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently under time constraints
