About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Dean of Academic Affairs to ensure the delivery of high-quality academic programs across its U.S. campuses. The Regional Dean will also be accountable for compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and institutional KPIs. Applicants for the Regional Dean of Academic Affairs position at the company must have a Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5-7 years' of progressive leadership experience in academic affairs within higher education. The role requires a proven track record in managing academic operations across multiple campuses, implementing retention frameworks, and ensuring faculty compliance with institutional and accreditation standards. Proficiency in various academic and administrative systems is essential, as is strong data literacy and the ability to make data-informed decisions.
