About the Role

This role requires a Master's degree in education or a related field, a minimum of three years of successful college-level teaching experience, and bilingual fluency in Spanish and English. The Associate Dean will also be involved in the planning, organization, and evaluation of the campus academic department, ensuring that academic programs and support services meet the needs of students, faculty, and the community. Key responsibilities for the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at the company include coordinating student reentry and readmission processes, supporting daily student attendance goals, and ensuring that courses are appropriately staffed with qualified faculty. The role also involves supervising and mentoring faculty and academic staff, conducting classroom observations, and supporting the hiring and onboarding of instructors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, empathy, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented approach to leadership, with the ability to work extended hours when necessary.
