Warehouse Supervisor

Position Summary Responsible for supervising warehouse operations to support field and project needs. Ensures accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and compliance with safety procedures. Position Details Oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage and shipping. Monitors inventory levels and coordinates replenishment to maintain appropriate stock. Conducts inventory audits; identifies and resolves inventory discrepancies, including missing or unaccounted items. Enforces warehouse safety procedures and regulations. Communicates with management, suppliers and logistics teams. Identifies and resolves operational issues. Supervises warehouse staff, assigns tasks, provides coaching, training, and performance feedback; supports hiring and termination processes.
