Responsibilities for a Collections Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts, analyze receivables, and prioritize collections activities to meet performance goals
• Perform account analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and root causes, and implement solutions to improve outcomes
• Execute customer outreach, resolve disputes, and maintain accounts including short-pays, chargebacks, and credit memos
• Perform core AR functions such as reconciliations, credit holds/releases, statements, and bad debt recommendations

Candidates for Collections Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience, including invoicing, aging, and cash application
• At least 1 year of credit and collections experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with SAP Accounts Receivable and Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas; pivot tables a plus)

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
