DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
LIME Ren Bonnefond (82 places autorises), tablissement de lassociation Les PEP 87-24, accompagne des
enfants et adolescents de 6 20 ans en situation de handicap dans une dmarche ducative, pdagogique et
thrapeutique adapte leurs besoins.
Dans le cadre dun remplacement, nous recrutons un(e) Chef(fe) de service en CDD.
MISSIONS
Rattach(e) la direction de ltablissement, vous garantissez la qualit de laccompagnement des usagers et le bon
fonctionnement du service en animant une quipe pluridisciplinaire.
Management des quipes
Organiser, encadrer et valuer les quipes
Assurer la continuit de service (gestion des absences, organisation du travail)
Conduire les entretiens professionnels et accompagner la monte en comptences
Fdrer les quipes autour du projet de service
Qualit et conformit
Veiller au respect des obligations rglementaires (CASF, loi 2002-2, etc.)
Piloter la dmarche damlioration continue des pratiques
Contribuer llaboration et au suivi des procdures

PROFIL RECHERCH
Diplme CAFERUIS ou quivalent exig
Exprience en management dans le secteur mdico-social souhaite
Bonne connaissance du cadre rglementaire
Capacits relationnelles et organisationnelles reconnues
Aptitude grer des situations complexes
Qualits rdactionnelles
