About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead its commercial growth strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, market expansion, and customer engagement across direct sales, distributors, and licensed dealers. This role requires a proven commercial leader with a strong background in industrial B2B sales, including experience in managing a multi-channel go-to-market strategy. The CCO will work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company's commercial strategy, identify new growth opportunities, and optimize resource allocation for maximum commercial returns. Building and leading a high-performance sales organization, establishing channel strategies, and implementing pricing strategies that support both competitiveness and profitability are also key responsibilities. Applicants for the CCO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with at least 20 years of experience in industrial B2B sales and 10 years in commercial leadership roles. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in leading sales through multiple channels, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to be both strategic and hands-on. The ideal candidate will be business-minded, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and have a history of building and growing successful sales teams. Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools, as well as strong communication, time management, and a customer-focused mindset, are essential. The CCO will also be expected to travel 40-50% across the Americas and must be adept at working with all levels of management and team members, both internal and external.
