Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Production & Operations Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations within a fast-paced food and beverage environment. This role is responsible for leading production teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations, including juice/beverage manufacturing and High Pressure Processing (HPP)
• Lead, coach, and develop production staff to ensure productivity and accountability
• Continuously improve operational efficiency, throughput, and workflow processes
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (HACCP, GMP, etc.)
• Coordinate production schedules, staffing, and inventory flow to meet demand
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to drive performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, logistics, and leadership teams

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in food and/or beverage manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience operating or managing High Pressure Processing (HPP) equipment (required)
• Strong leadership and team management skills in a production setting
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
