Qualifications & Experience:

• Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Hampshire (NH license required)
• Experience working in schools is highly preferred
• Comfortable and adaptable with elementary, middle, and/or high school student populations
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and document progress effectively
• Dedicated to fostering inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support plans
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and necessary documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Consult with classroom teachers and staff to support language and communication goals within the curriculum
• Provide guidance and resources to families and caregivers to encourage skill development at home
