Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide direct support and expertise to students across elementary, middle, and high school settings as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist. In this contract role, you'll play an essential part in fostering student growth and success, applying your specialized knowledge to help learners overcome communication challenges in a supportive school environment.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid New Hampshire SLP license required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred
• Proven ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to serve students from elementary through high school age groups

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students needing speech and language support
• Develop and track Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for eligible students
• Deliver direct therapy services individually or in small groups, as appropriate
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and compliance documentation
• Consult with educators and staff to support classroom accommodations and modifications
• Communicate effectively with families, providing updates and resources to facilitate further development
• Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and professional development activities
