Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Account Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Pico Rivera, CA. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building strong account relationships, coordinating orders, and keeping projects moving smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Customer Account Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for customers while partnering closely with sales, operations, production, logistics, and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, order updates, account requests, and issue resolution.
- Process customer orders accurately, including purchase order review, pricing, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Track orders through production, scheduling, fulfillment, and delivery to help ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate multiple customer projects while communicating milestones, timelines, and status updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, production, and logistics to support customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records, prepare reports, assist with quotes, and support billing, shipping, and service-related follow-up.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour DOE.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Pico Rivera, CA.
