About the Role: The Rooms Division Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the rooms division within a hospitality establishment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. This position is responsible for managing front office, housekeeping, and related departments to maximize efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue generation. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role within the rooms division. Strong knowledge of front office and housekeeping operations, including reservation systems and property management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and interact with guests. Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and implement cost control measures. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in hospitality management or related professional credentials (e.g., CHA, CHRM). Experience working in a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
