The Freakin Incan, a full-service Peruvian restaurant in Roswell, GA, is looking for an energetic and organized Host to join our team. Known for our bold, authentic flavors and vibrant hospitality, we aim to make every guest feel like family from the moment they walk through our doors. As the Host, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and expressing gratitude as they leave.
• Managing the waitlist and seating chart to balance server sections and minimize wait times.
• Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and managing our reservation platforms.
• Communicating accurate wait times and setting clear guest expectations during busy periods.
• Walking guests to their tables and presenting menus with a smile.
• Maintaining a clean and organized host stand and entryway.
• Coordinating with servers, bussers, and management to ensure efficient table turnover.
• Handling guest inquiries, special requests, or concerns professionally or escalating them to management when necessary.
• Assisting with to-go/takeout orders and phone-in orders as needed.
• Supporting other front-of-house tasks during slower periods to keep operations running smoothly.

We’re seeking someone who brings warmth, energy, and professionalism to the role. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:

• Experience: At least 1 year of hostess, server, or customer service experience preferred.
• Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and approachable with excellent communication skills.
• Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure during busy hours.
• Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Tech Savvy: Basic math skills and comfort with POS or reservation systems.
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand for extended periods.
