Head of National Sales – Time Critical Logistics Dallas, TX | Full‑Time Role Overview Sciens Logistics is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of National Sales to lead our newly established National Sales Office in Dallas, Texas. This is a unique opportunity for a proven logistics sales leader to build, develop, and scale a national sales organization while owning revenue growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in time‑critical logistics and freight forwarding, a track record of building high‑performing sales teams, and the ability to drive strategic growth initiatives. As Head of National Sales, you will be responsible for the overall commercial success of the office, including revenue generation, sales leadership, talent development, and P&L performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and grow the National Sales Office in Dallas Develop and execute national sales strategies focused on profitable growth Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and accountability standards across the sales organization Own and manage the office P&L, ensuring sustainable revenue and profitability growth Build strategic relationships with key customers and industry partners Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion initiatives Collaborate closely with operations, customer service, and executive leadership teams Drive a culture of urgency, execution, and customer excellence Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and business reporting Qualifications 5+ years of freight forwarding or logistics sales experience 3+ years of sales leadership or team management experience Strong background in time‑critical transportation and logistics Demonstrated success building and leading high‑performing sales teams Experience managing budgets, revenue targets, and P&L responsibilities Strong understanding of air freight, expedited transportation, and global forwarding solutions Proven ability to develop strategic customer relationships and close complex opportunities Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and scale a growing business Preferred Experience Time Critical / Next Flight Out (NFO) Air Charter AOG Logistics Critical Parts Logistics Healthcare, Aerospace, Automotive, or High‑Tech Logistics Strategic vision and entrepreneurial drive Sales leadership and team development P&L ownership and financial accountability Executive communication and stakeholder management Urgency, execution, and customer focus Market development and pipeline discipline Working Conditions Travel required based on business needs What Matters to You Opportunity to build and lead a newly established National Sales Office Significant visibility and impact within a growing global organization Direct influence over strategy, team development, and business growth Competitive compensation with performance incentives Long‑term career growth opportunities Medical | Dental | Vision | Basic Life and AD&D Insurance | Paid Time Off | 401(k) Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer.
