President, Re:Build Thermoplastic Composites Commerce City, CO Thermoplastic composites offer distinct advantages over other materials, including cost, weight, durability, and performance. Re:Build possesses an innovative manufacturing process for cost‑effectively forming complex parts from thermoplastic composites, which can displace substantially more expensive thermoset composites or metal parts in a wide range of applications. The business has ~$10 MM in annual revenue and is poised to grow to $100 MM+ with the right leadership. We are seeking a leader to identify further opportunities, codify processes, develop reference designs, coach the operational team, and engage large target markets in a coordinated way. Who we are looking for We seek an experienced leader familiar with commercializing manufacturing offerings or services and bringing new manufacturing technologies to market. You will identify market opportunities, frame the value proposition, direct R&D, and lead coordinated efforts across commercial, engineering, manufacturing, and support functions. What you get to do Lead the expansion of Re:Build’s thermoplastic composites business by identifying target adoption opportunities, developing demonstration products and supporting processes, and executing commercial strategies. Develop investment strategies to build capabilities, demonstrate market applicability, and support scaling of operations. Shape and implement business expansion strategies and plans to grow the business 10× to $100 MM and beyond. Manage the P&L; develop budgets, financial plans, and performance metrics, and own ongoing business‑wide performance. Lead, manage, and develop a high‑performing business team with a strong, positive operating culture. Develop and implement communication and engagement strategies to keep teams informed, aligned, and motivated. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence aligned with the Principles of the Re:Build Way. What you bring to the team Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS Engineering) preferred. Track record as a transformational leader with experience shaping strategy, leveraging market insights, technology, process development, and customer engagement to drive growth. 10 years of progressive leadership in manufacturing industries with commercial experience. Prior P&L ownership with strong strategic and financial acumen and ability to drive growth through market understanding, commercial engagement, and operational excellence. Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional teams, entering new markets, driving top‑line growth, and scaling organizations. Strong collaboration skills, relationship building, and leveraging shared resources to advance the business. Analytical, financial modeling, and creative problem‑solving skills. High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills to influence, coach, and cultivate accountability. Ability to lead with clarity in fast‑paced, highly technical, entrepreneurial environments. Willingness to travel as needed. Compensation Annual salary for this position is expected to be between $237,061 to $395,102, plus participation in our annual bonus plan and long‑term incentive plan. The actual pay may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
