Competitive pay with weekly payroll Overtime available Company paid vacation, personal days & holidays Company vehicle, phone, PPE and uniforms provided Ongoing training and development opportunities Duties Include Assist with on‑site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation Use technical skills to maintain HVAC systems Work in a team‑based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain safety standards at all times Perform other duties as assigned Flexibility to work overtime and weekends What We Are Looking For High School diploma or GED equivalent HVAC trade school graduate strongly preferred (3.5 GPA and excellent attendance) 1+ years in mechanical support role; hands‑on HVAC experience preferred EPA Certification – Type I & Type II or Universal preferred NATE certification a plus Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 90 lbs Technical aptitude for maintenance, service, and troubleshooting Excellent customer service skills Good electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork Work independently and self‑schedule Self‑motivated and able to work with minimum supervision Availability for weekend, night, and occasional travel Willingness to relocate within the country after training Physical Requirements Install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial, rooftop HVAC units Get on rooftop via fixed/extension ladder Work at heights Load and unload tools from work van Lifting up to 75 lbs, lifting to shoulder and overhead up to 25 lbs Push/pull wheeled cart up to 150 lbs Climb ladder up to roof height Manual tandem lifting of up to 125 lbs Compensation Hourly non‑exempt role. Salary range: $33,000 – $41,000 annually, based on geography, experience, and qualifications. Overtime paid after 40 hours per week.
