Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance supervisor is responsible for the timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders throughout the community. MUST BE HVAC CERTIFIED Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders throughout the community. Ensures all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule. Assess and repair issues, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interiors. Must be able to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs and snow removal. Performs preventative maintenance tasks as assigned. Repair and replace HVAC systems. Perform weekly pool treatments and maintain overall pool condition, including water balance, cleaning, and equipment checks Conduct interior and exterior rounds to ensure proper functioning of systems and equipment, structure integrity of buildings, condition of grounds, etc. Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, repairs, work orders, work-in- progress, apartment make-ready status, etc. Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff. All other duties as assigned.
