Our client is a highly regarded and well-established insurance brokerage serving a broad portfolio of international and domestic clients across diverse sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, government, and pharmaceuticals. They are seeking an ambitious, client-focused Client Associate to join our team. Designed as an entry-level position (or for candidates with under 2 years of experience), this role pairs you directly with a Client Executive to service, manage, and expand an assigned book of business with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Portfolio Management & Servicing: Manage and service an assigned book of business in close collaboration with the Client Executive, maintaining high operational standards with minimal supervision. Account Growth & Strategy: Partner with senior team members to service, retain, and actively expand existing client accounts to drive long-term business success. Client Advisory Exposure: Engage directly in client advisory work, developing deep subject matter expertise while assisting in risk management consulting and strategic insurance program development. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a team-oriented environment, coordinating tasks efficiently to ensure seamless client support and internal workflows. Requirements Experience Level: Entry-level or candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience eager to build a long-term career in risk management. Language Proficiency: Exceptional bilingual verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English . Licensing: Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license, or the ability to successfully obtain one within 6 months of hire (with firm support). Technical Software Literacy: Proficient with Microsoft Office application suite. Core Competencies: Strong customer service, listening, and telephone communication skills; excellent problem-solving, time management, planning, and prioritization abilities; proven capacity to work collaboratively within a team. Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent. Work Arrangement: Hybrid work schedule (subject to management approval). Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 USD base structure + Bonus Incentives.
