About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Customer Experience Officer to lead the strategic development and execution of the customer experience across all channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and continually refining the experience strategy to ensure service optimization and customer satisfaction. This role involves directing a team that oversees various customer touchpoints, including the branch network, service center, digital banking, marketing, and investment center. The Chief Customer Experience Officer will also be a key player in the company's strategic decision-making processes, championing the customer and associate perspectives, and will be expected to engage with the community to understand and meet the needs of the customer base. Applicants for the Chief Customer Experience Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in sales management, marketing, and channel development, particularly in the financial services industry. The role requires a proven track record in creating exceptional customer experiences, developing quality service standards, and executing brand and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in process improvement, managing staff at all levels, and be adept at balancing multiple priorities in a high-volume work environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work with a high degree of independence and discretion.
