Temporary Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk

Pay Rate: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Duration: ASAP – November 2026
Location: Pennsauken, NJ 

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Temporary Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team immediately. This assignment is ideal for someone looking for a short-term opportunity and will conclude in November 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and post incoming payments accurately and in a timely manner
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Generate and distribute invoices to customers
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure timely collection of payments
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all AR transactions
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding payment statuses

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or similar accounting role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to start immediately and commit through November
