Millwright

We are looking for experienced Millwrights to join our team in Knoxville. Industrial experience is required to be successful in this role. Military veterans are encouraged to apply! Your pay: Depends on your experience. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings for construction machines. Rigging, moving, and setting equipment such as HVAC units using cranes and helicopters. General maintenance on industrial equipment. Demolition as needed. Take accurate measurements using precision tools. Drilling, welding, bolting, and other duties as assigned. Maintain safety at all times; safety is our #1 priority. Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Millwright or similar position. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to keep a drug‑free workplace. Reliability and punctuality. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to work in extremes of heat, cold, bad weather, indoors and outdoors. Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs. Ability to work well in confined spaces and work above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending. Good motor control, vision, and hand‑eye coordination.
