- HS Diploma/GED required
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience with Associate degree OR equivalent education/work experience
- Customer service / call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle high-volume calls (60-80/day)
- Ability to triage, document, escalate, and close customer inquiries
- Professional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow SOPs/procedures and quality requirements
- Comfortable supporting HCPs, patients, and sales representatives
- Willingness to work Tuesday-Saturday after training
