What You'll Actually Do

Every day is different.

One hour you may be helping a golfer gain 20 yards off the tee.

The next, you're coaching a pickleball player back onto the court pain-free.

Then you're helping someone in their 70s regain the strength and confidence to keep traveling, hiking, or playing with their grandchildren.

You'll coach people—not just count repetitions.

Qualifications

• Athletic Trainer (ATC) preferred

• CSCS, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Personal Training, or Strength & Conditioning backgrounds encouraged to apply

• Experience with active adults or athletes is a plus

• New graduates are welcome

Compensation

• $60,000–$90,000+ based on experience

• Performance bonuses
