Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Manor Healthcare, your primary duties will include:

• Assessing patients by conducting detailed evaluations and developing personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions that focus on restoring function and mobility for patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries or injuries.
• Providing comprehensive consultations to healthcare providers about patient progress and continuum of care.
• Maintaining accurate, detailed documentation of patient treatments, evaluations, and discharge summaries.

Qualifications
