Position Overview

In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in evaluating and managing movement disorders within an outpatient setting. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, formulating and implementing customized treatment plans, and executing therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, alleviating pain, and enhancing functional capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify movement dysfunctions and establish a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Develop and implement targeted treatment strategies that align with each patient's unique goals and conditions.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities focused on pain relief and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and billing in accordance with clinic guidelines.
• Collaborate seamlessly with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to enhance patient outcomes.
• Engage in continuous learning by participating in team meetings, specialized training sessions, and ongoing education initiatives aimed at professional development.
• Ensure a safe and clean clinical environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols while managing therapy equipment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population at Move Easy Rehab Group primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will encounter diverse cases that require personalized approaches, allowing you to apply your expertise and creativity in treatment design. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapy license in Florida or eligibility for licensure in the state.

• Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, specifically within orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with the WebPT electronic medical record (EMR) system is a plus, facilitating streamlined documentation and communication.
• Strong diagnostic and treatment skills for a variety of orthopedic conditions.

Compensation and Benefits
