Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, including range of motion, strength, and functional limitations.
• Developing individualized therapy plans that set measurable goals and provide clear pathways for patient recovery.
• Administering therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modality treatments while continuously monitoring progress.
• Educating patients and their families about treatment plans, rehabilitation techniques, and exercises to enhance care outside the clinic.
• Documenting patient progress and treatment plans accurately in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and ensure holistic patient well-being.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to quality improvement initiatives aimed at advancing patient care within the center.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid Florida Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a preference for candidates possessing a higher-level qualification.
• Strong communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, families, and team members.
• Critical thinking and structured clinical decision-making abilities.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience in outpatient settings, sports rehabilitation, or specialized therapy certifications will be given priority. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and evidence-based practices in physical therapy will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 110,000 per year, depending on experience and licensure. The benefits package includes:
