Work Environment

The role is based in Naples, Florida—a vibrant community known for its beautiful beaches and warm climate. You will work in a home care environment where you will travel to patients' residences, providing therapeutic services tailored to their unique situations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs, health histories, and physical capabilities.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on initial assessments, leveraging clinical expertise and best practice guidelines.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic exercises, modalities, and techniques to facilitate patient recovery, increase mobility, and manage pain.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies to sustain health improvements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated care and maximize patient outcomes.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy to continuously improve service delivery and patient care practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population undergoing orthopedic rehabilitation. This includes individuals recovering from surgery, injuries, or chronic conditions that affect mobility and functional abilities. Qualifications

• Valid Florida state license for Physical Therapy or eligibility to secure licensure.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; advanced clinical education preferred.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy, especially in outpatient or home care settings.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a supportive work environment, we provide a robust benefits package, including:
