Position Overview

Live To Move Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to be an integral part of our dynamic rehabilitation team in Naples, Florida. In this full-time position, you will assess, treat, and develop customized rehabilitation strategies for patients aiming to regain functional movement and improve their overall quality of life.

Work Environment

Your daily practice will unfold in a well-equipped, onsite rehabilitation facility, where teamwork and collaboration are emphasized. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options available (including 8 AM–4 PM, 9 AM–5 PM, and 4x10-hour shifts). Working alongside experienced clinicians, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation aides, you will engage in a practice that balances state-of-the-art technology with a humanistic approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive movement and mobility assessments of patients, identifying specific physical needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic programs, employing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities and techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and assistive devices, to facilitate recovery.
• Educate and coach patients and their families on exercise techniques, rehabilitation processes, and self-care strategies to empower their journey towards recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure the best patient outcomes, sharing progress updates and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Live To Move Rehab Center, you will work with a diverse patient population including those recovering from surgery, chronic pain conditions, sports injuries, and various neurological issues. Our holistic approach addresses not only the physical aspects of recovery but also the emotional and psychological components that are vital to the rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Demonstrated clinical reasoning skills and interpersonal abilities vital for effective patient interaction and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting is strongly preferred. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and experience with a diverse patient demographic will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 110,000 based on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
