Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's specific needs, emphasizing a multidisciplinary approach to care.
• Administer therapy techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education, aligned with the physician's plan of care.
• Provide care to a diverse range of patients, covering specialties such as orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Conduct thorough assessments to gauge patients' progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to maximize outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, establishing rapport with patients and their families to ensure a collaborative and supportive treatment experience.
• Participate in team meetings to review patient cases and share insights from evidence-based practices to enhance care delivery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation according to facility standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
