Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patient conditions, documenting functional limitations and mobility issues.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that are goal-oriented, focusing on improving physical capabilities and enhancing quality of life.
• Utilize various treatment modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals within multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment processes, recovery timelines, and strategies for continued success outside of therapy.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, adhering to all regulatory requirements and clinic protocols.

Compensation and Benefits
