Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized physical therapy services to patients, focusing on functional improvement and rehabilitation.
• Assess patient needs and create personalized therapy plans that address specific health conditions and mobility challenges.
• Educate patients about non-surgical alternatives to enhance recovery while encouraging active participation in their treatment plans.
• Utilize effective and evidence-based treatment modalities and techniques, including manual therapy and exercise programs, to improve patients' overall physical health.
• Maintain an appropriate patient load, ensuring each individual receives adequate attention and care throughout their therapy sessions.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop multidisciplinary approaches that enhance patient care.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately, utilizing EMR software such as Web PT to maintain compliance and facilitate seamless patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In our outpatient clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to individuals needing rehabilitation following surgeries or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, backed by credible accreditation.
• An active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with no history of sanctions.
• Proficiency in utilizing various manual therapy techniques and an impressive ability to formulate effective exercise programs.
• Strong competency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, especially proficiency in Web PT.
• A commitment to maintaining knowledge of the latest research-supported physical therapy techniques and trends.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is a significant advantage.
• A strong background in sports medicine or rehabilitation practices with a success track record in patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
