This full-time, onsite position plays a crucial role in helping patients regain their mobility and enhance their quality of life. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their functional impairments and establish individual goals for therapy.
• Manage a focused caseload, typically seeing one patient per hour, allowing for in-depth, personalized attention during each session.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches and interventions to enhance patients' range of motion and overall mobility.
• Design and implement tailored fitness and wellness programs, addressing specific patient needs while integrating a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Document patient care services meticulously to track progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals involved in the patients' care.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, providing ongoing support that encourages adherence to treatment plans and fosters independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans that may involve alternative solutions to surgery and medication, emphasizing holistic recovery.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting care strategies as needed, and maintaining open lines of communication with both patients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal disorders, contributing to their rehabilitation and recovery processes. The role calls for a focus on building therapeutic relationships, promoting patient education, and encouraging proactive engagement in their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Florida, with no disciplinary actions present on the record.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques, with strong analytical skills to assess patient needs effectively.
• Experienced in developing exercise protocols that align with individual patient goals.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, to streamline patient documentation and appointment scheduling.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in successfully implementing rehabilitation strategies resulting in positive patient outcomes.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and advancements in physical therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
