Owned and operated by experienced physical therapists, our practice primarily serves individuals with private medical insurance, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality, personalized care. Our team consists of skilled professionals, including two licensed physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant, who collaboratively work to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

Work Environment

Our outpatient office features an advanced sports medicine facility designed for optimal patient rehabilitation. The welcoming and supportive environment encourages collaboration among staff and promotes a holistic approach to patient care. You will work onsite from Monday to Friday, with hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule while engaging directly with patients on their path to recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their individual goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Manage a patient caseload efficiently, treating one individual per hour to ensure personalized attention and care.
• Develop and execute detailed care plans that incorporate various treatment techniques and interventions tailored to each patient's unique requirements.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and exercise protocols to enhance patients' mobility and functional capabilities.
• Motivate and educate patients throughout their treatment journeys, fostering an encouraging atmosphere and promoting adherence to rehabilitation goals.
• Document all patient care activities comprehensively, ensuring accurate records for effective outcomes monitoring.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a rounded approach to patient care through interdisciplinary communication.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize patient results and satisfaction.
• Advocate for lifestyle changes that enhance strength, flexibility, and coordination, emphasizing preventive care.
• Explore alternative therapies that reduce dependence on medication and avert the necessity for surgical interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist, you will primarily assist individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries or surgeries, athletes working to improve performance, and patients seeking rehabilitation for chronic pain conditions. Our clientele is diverse, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A clean professional record, free from any board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, demonstrating skill in hands-on patient care.
• A strong background in developing individualized exercise regimens tailored to patient capabilities.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to maintain documentation and track patient progress effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting, conducting evaluations and developing treatment protocols.
• Familiarity with a broad range of manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation modalities.
• Experience in collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Revive Physiotherapy Solutions offers an attractive compensation package ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually.
