As a Full-Time Physical Therapist at our Naples facility, you will work within a supportive, onsite rehabilitation center. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage physical therapy treatment with the aim to minimize disabilities, relieve pain, and restore functional mobility based on individualized care plans.
• Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans by assessing the patient's condition and progress through diagnostic muscle and functional abilities tests.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring the effective implementation of therapy interventions while providing mentorship and guidance.
• Conduct home assessments to recommend modifications that enhance the client's independence and quality of life.
• Administer varied therapeutic exercises, manual treatments, and assistive devices as prescribed by a physician.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on comprehensive treatment strategies and contribute to patient care objectives.
• Advise patients and family members about home therapy techniques and the use of therapy devices.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions and therapy responses, collaborating closely with physicians and case managers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting, specifically as a Physical Therapist.
• Active state licensure in good standing, demonstrating compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Current CPR certification, ensuring the safety and readiness in medical emergencies.

Compensation and Benefits

This Full-Time Physical Therapist role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
