Work Environment

This full-time position is performed onsite in our outpatient office, where you will engage with patients in a supportive and healing environment. The clinic boasts modern rehabilitation equipment and a welcoming atmosphere, which encourages collaboration among staff members. Your daily schedule will typically run from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, facilitating a work-life balance that allows you to thrive both personally and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations, assessing each patient's mobility, strength, and range of motion to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Create and implement rehabilitation strategies that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise programs, and patient education on lifestyle modifications.
• Utilize advanced therapy techniques and modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and cryotherapy to effectively manage pain and enhance recovery.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and preventive strategies to enhance rehabilitation at home and prevent future injuries.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards to reflect progress and treatment modifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in current therapeutic techniques and treatment methodologies relevant to orthopedic rehabilitation.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient clinic or similar setting, demonstrating the ability to manage complex patient cases.

• Experience educating patients and implementing home exercise programs to support independence in recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
