Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, formulating personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Adhere to state practice acts and regulations governing physical therapy practices, ensuring compliance in all treatment methodologies.
• Document patient assessments, treatment protocols, daily progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately to maintain a clear record of patient care and outcomes.
• Implement treatment protocols dynamically, adjusting based on patient progress and feedback to optimize recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and healthcare professionals, to discuss patient progress and necessary modifications to treatment plans.
• Engage in comprehensive discharge planning to ensure continuity of care and effective follow-up after therapy ends.

• Complete required training and maintain compliance with all clinical and corporate standards, ensuring best practices in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on outpatient clients recovering from orthopedic conditions. Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (DPT).
• Demonstrated proficiency in outpatient orthopaedics with a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Certification in CPR for Healthcare Providers.
