What You'll Do
- Recruit, hire, train, and level-up your squad of Personal Trainers
- Drive PT revenue like a boss
- Turn leads into clients and clients into raving fans
- Keep clients coming back with killer service and real results
- Read reports, make moves, and course-correct like a pro
- Oversee program design so every client gets the glow-up they came for
- Partner with every department to deliver the Crunch brand promise: No Judgments. Just Results.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree = bonus points
- CPR certified
- One or more of the following:
- Nationally accredited PT certification
- B.S. in Exercise Science or Kinesiology
Experience That Helps
- 12 years as a Personal Trainer
- Management experience leading teams of 310 (retail/hospitality/fitness)
- Consultative sales experience We can help people more when they say yes to coaching!
Physical Requirements
- Move around the club like you own it
- Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, members, and guests
- Demonstrate exercises and proper technique
- Lift up to 50 lbs (aka: warm-up weight)
