About the Role

Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a master's degree and CPA preferred. A minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar role, particularly in a higher education environment, is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading innovation and change, be technology-savvy, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. The CFO will be expected to have a detailed knowledge of GASB regulations, experience with ERP systems, and a history of collaboration.
