Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and supervision to a team of licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other healthcare staff
• Conduct daily rounds to assess the quality of care and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines
• Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
• Monitor and manage workload, prioritizing tasks to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Participate in employee training and development programs to promote professional growth and advancement
