Quality Documentation Coordinator

Grand Prairie, Texas, United States of America Overview Siemens seeks a Quality Documentation Coordinator to support our Quality and Engineering teams in Grand Prairie, TX. The role focuses on managing documentation, tracking changes, and coordinating information flow between departments. Candidates should have strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in document control or quality systems. Responsibilities Maintain quality system documentation and manage document revision control to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance. Track and distribute engineering changes, and organize and file technical documents. Enter and track quality data across various platforms, maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and databases, generate regular status reports, and organize electronic filing systems. Coordinate cross‑departmental communication through team meetings, track action items, ensure timely follow‑ups, and process documentation requests. Assist with supplier documentation, track quality metrics, generate reports, maintain audit files and records, and support document control processes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an administrative, document control, or engineering role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word). Experience with electronic filing systems. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Experience with document control software.
