What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality ICU patient care across multiple ICU units including ICU, CIVCU, NICU, SICU, MICU, TICU, and Burn ICU
• Float between different ICU units as needed, ensuring flexible and adaptable care delivery
• Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Document care provided accurately in Epic EMR system
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
• BLS & ACLS certifications (required)
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience in a fast-paced environment
• Epic EMR experience is required
• Ability to float across ICU units and adapt to different patient needs
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
