Dental Care at Union Ridge is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team. We are seeking an experienced, upbeat, and dependable Dental Assistant who enjoys creating a positive patient experience and supporting a strong clinical team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, energetic, fun, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office.

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have:

• 23 years of Dental Assistant experience
• Experience with Dentrix
• Experience with Dexis
• Strong chairside assisting skills
• A positive, energetic, and team-focused attitude
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• A strong work ethic and willingness to jump in where needed

Compensation $22.00 $28.00 per hour, based on experience

Dental Care at Union Ridge, like each Heartland Dental supported office, is unique to the community and the patients they serve.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environment
• If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment

Preferred Experience

• Dentrix or other dental software experience
• Dental assisting school certification
