This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

Job Details:

• Average annual earnings: $105,000

• Sign on bonus of $5,000 for a limited time

• CPM $0.760 - $0.780 Per Mile

• Detention Pay $40.00 Per Hour

• Drop/Hook Pay $31.00 - $33.00 Per Drop

• Holiday Pay $160.00 Per Occurrence

• New Hire Training $200.00 Per Day

• Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour

• Stop Pay $40.00 Per Stop
