They pride themselves on quality, relationships and delivering projects the right way.You can expect:Base salary up to $170,000Performance-related bonusComprehensive benefits packagePTO and paid holidaysExcellent long-term career progressionStrong pipeline of projects across South FloridaHigh level of autonomy and ownershipDirect exposure to senior leadershipStable, established business with an excellent local reputationThe opportunity to build a genuine long-term career rather than simply move from project to projectThe RoleAs Senior Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of healthcare construction projects, working closely with the Superintendent, project team, ownership and key stakeholders.You will be involved from the early stages of the project and have responsibility across preconstruction, procurement, financial management, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client management and final closeoutThis is a senior position, and they are looking for someone capable of truly owning their projects.Your responsibilities will include:Leading healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completionManaging project budgets, forecasts and overall financial performanceDeveloping and maintaining project schedulesManaging subcontractor procurement and buyoutOverseeing contracts, RFIs, submittals and change ordersWorking closely with field leadership to drive schedule, quality and safetyManaging relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractorsLeading Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers where requiredIdentifying project risks early and driving solutionsMaintaining the high standards expected across every projectWhat We're Looking ForHealthcare construction experience is essential.We are particularly interested in speaking with Project Managers and Senior Project Managers who have delivered projects within hospitals, medical facilities, healthcare campuses, surgical facilities, clinics or other complex healthcare environmentsIdeally, you will have:8+ years of construction experienceStrong Project Manager / Senior Project Manager experience with a General ContractorProven healthcare construction experienceExperience managing projects from preconstruction through closeoutStrong commercial and financial understandingExperience working within occupied or operational healthcare environmentsExcellent subcontractor and client management skillsStrong knowledge of scheduling, procurement, contracts and change managementA collaborative leadership styleSouth Florida construction experience is highly desirableThe CompanyThis is an opportunity to join a highly respected South Florida General Contractor with a strong track record, excellent relationships and an established presence in the local construction marketThey have built their reputation around doing things properly — delivering quality projects, maintaining long-term client relationships and creating an environment where good people can build careers.Despite their success and established name, they retain a close-knit, relationship-driven culture.
