# Sr Business AnalystApply**Job#: 3045148****Job Description:**Sr Business Analyst**Location:** Seattle, Washington (Onsite)Role OverviewWe are seeking a Sr Business Analyst to lead business analysis for the Commercial Training Solutions Content Platform. This role will support commercial flight crews and maintenance training by researching and documenting current training content development processes, facilitating stakeholder alignment, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with Product Managers and development teams to translate those opportunities into technical requirements and measurable KPIs.Key Responsibilities* Lead business analysis for the Training Needs Analysis product on the Content Platform.* Research and document current training content development processes from analysis to evaluation.* Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to discover requirements and align stakeholders.* Identify process and system improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.* Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Architects to translate opportunities into technical requirements.* Define and track KPIs for training process optimizations and prepare status updates.* Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.* Support the product team in prioritizing and sequencing work based on business value.Required Qualifications**Experience:*** Proven experience in business analysis or a related role.* Proven experience identifying and documenting complex workflows from multiple stakeholders.* Proven experience identifying technical solutions for business improvements.* Experience with business requirement elicitation and communication with technical teams.* Proficiency in process mapping and workflow capture.* Experience with content management systems.* Experience using AI-assisted tools to rapidly prototype solutions that support and accelerate requirements gathering.**Skills:*** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder facilitation, interviewing, and process documentation.* Familiarity with KPIs of a software development team.* Familiarity with databases, dashboards, learning taxonomies, AI, and learning content management system (LCMS) technologies.* Understanding of instructional design, performance management, and reusable learning objects. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
