Client Support Specialist

To support a dynamic customer service team, the full-time Client Support Specialist will respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, while also managing support tickets and contributing to the improvement of AI support systems in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Respond to client support issues through various communication channels, providing education and assistance on estate planning products Diagnose and resolve client support tickets, escalating issues when necessary and maintaining documentation for common inquiries Contribute to the enhancement of AI support systems by analyzing customer inquiries and providing feedback for improvement Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in customer support, with a preference for backgrounds in estate planning, financial services, or legal services Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible startup environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and address escalated client issues effectively Ability to learn new technologies and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
