Perform life-saving interventions and advanced procedures- including intubations, line placements, and chest tube management to stabilize and support our most vulnerable pediatric patients. Optimize patient outcomes through the expert management of mechanical ventilation, pharmacological therapies, and conscious sedation protocols. Collaborate across disciplines to execute comprehensive care plans, ensuring every child receives a seamless and compassionate transition from critical illness to recovery. Master advanced clinical skills through a dedicated three-month structured orientation, featuring immersive skills labs and OR-based procedural training designed to elevate your practice. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
