Construction Representative

PCD Construction Representative
The PCD Construction Representative performs duties and has responsibilities similar to those of a Clerk of the Works (Clerk). The Construction Representative is typically assigned to a single construction project and is stationed at the site; however, depending upon the size and complexity of the assigned projects, the Construction Representative may be responsible for two or more projects simultaneously. The Construction Representative is required to maintain close knowledge of the quality and progress of each project. He or she reports to the Deputy Director or a Senior Project Manager, but works directly with individual BHA Project Managers on a day-to-day basis
