Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.Minimum of five (5) years of progressive nursing leadership experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, acute care, or a related healthcare setting.Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Assisted Living communities.Thorough understanding of nursing practice standards, nursing administration principles, and clinical care delivery models.Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to effectively lead nursing operations in a complex healthcare environment.Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing policies, procedures, and clinical programs.Proven success managing regulatory compliance, survey readiness, survey outcomes, and corrective action initiativesDemonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to high standards in all interactions.Takes ownership, follows through on commitments, and leads with accountability.Builds trust and strong relationships with residents, families, team members, and community partners.Leads with empathy, respect, and emotional intelligence while fostering a positive team culture.Coaches, develops, and inspires others to achieve their full potential.Influences and aligns others through credibility, collaboration, and shared purpose.Uses sound judgment and makes confident decisions in complex situations.Anticipates challenges, identifies root causes, and develops practical solutions.Frasier is a nonprofit senior living community and a trusted part of Boulder since 1960.
