Repair Technician: Roofing & Masonry

Role Overview Bone Dry Roofing, established in 1989, is a trusted leader in roofing, gutter, and masonry repair and replacement. We are looking for a motivated Repair Technician: Roofing & Masonry to join our growing team. Responsibilities Travel to residential job sites in a company‑provided vehicle to inspect roofing and masonry systems. Diagnose problems and complete high‑quality repairs that exceed customer expectations. Perform repairs safely while working on ladders and at heights. Document completed work and ensure every job meets company quality standards. Qualifications 1–2 years of roofing experience. 1–2 years of masonry experience. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Strong communication skills and ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and travel between local job sites. Availability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season. Benefits & Compensation Compensation base equivalent of $36k for first 2–4 weeks, 100% commission thereafter with annual earnings potential of $60k to over $100k.
